Hong Kong-based Sandmark correspondent Christina Pantin has 20+ years of financial journalism experience, including at Thomson Reuters, the South China Morning Post and the Financial Times Ignites Asia product. 

Born and raised in Malaysia, she brings regional cultural and markets fluency informed by professional stints in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and India, as well as New York and Dallas. A popular moderator and emcee for Web3 and corporate conferences, she is a founding member of Web3 Women.

Aside from Sandmark, she teaches business journalism for Hong Kong Baptist University’s Master’s in International Journalism programme and handles selective media and communications projects via her consultancy Toot.

In the past, Christina established the corporate communications function for EOSIO developer Block.one and Bullish, its $10 billion crypto exchange subsidiary.

Christina holds Bitcoin and Ether and a Bitcoin ETF.
