The Singapore-headquartered platform primarily serves the Vietnamese market and claimed to host over seven million accounts in 2025. Investors are currently unable to withdraw funds or verify new accounts through the mobile application, VnExpress reported.
Several business affiliates who previously promoted the platform deactivated their social media profiles over the weekend, and founder Eric Vuong and his executive team remain entirely unreachable, offering no official explanation for the outage, according to the publication.
